INTRODUCTION & AGREEMENT SCOPE

THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS ("TERMS") GOVERN THE USE OF THE KARROT ("PLATFORM") BY CUSTOMERS ("USER," "YOU"). BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING, OR ENGAGING WITH THE PLATFORM THROUGH WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IPHONE, IPAD, AND ANDROID DEVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS, AS WELL AS KARROT’S PRIVACY POLICY AVAILABLE AT WWW.KARROTAPP.NET.

THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND KARROT COMMISSION AGENT AND COMMISSION-BASED TRADING WLL ("KARROT," "COMPANY," "WE," "US," OR "OUR"). WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THEM BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS OR USING OUR SERVICES.

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IMPLIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PROVISION IN THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE PLATFORM.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. EACH TIME YOU ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE TERMS APPLIES. CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE TERMS.

KARROT APPLICATION AND IT’S SERVICES

KARROT IS AN ONLINE APPLICATION WHICH ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO ORDER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FROM A LIST OF GROCERY STORES ON ITS PLATFORM.

THE KARROT PLATFORM ALLOWS USERS TO BROWSE AND PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM VARIOUS VENDORS, GROCERY STORES, AND MERCHANTS ("SUPPLIERS").

AS AN INTERMEDIARY, KARROT FACILITATES TRANSACTIONS BUT DOES NOT MANUFACTURE, OWN, OR DISTRIBUTE GOODS. SUPPLIERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS, AND QUALITY ASSURANCE.

KARROT'S OBJECTIVE IS TO CONNECT THE USER WITH INDEPENDENT SUPPLIER OF GROCERY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT ARE LISTED ON THE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM ALLOWS USER TO PLACE ORDERS FROM THE AVAILABLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FROM SUCH SUPPLIER TO BE DELIVERY TO THEIR RESPECTIVE ADDRESS. KARROT DOES NOT MANUFACTURE OR SELL IN ANY WAY OR ANOTHER WITH THE PRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY SUPPLIER.

CUSTOMERS CAN PLACE ORDERS THROUGH THE PLATFORM, WHICH SUPPLIERS FULFILL. DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATED BUT MAY BE AFFECTED BY EXTERNAL FACTORS BEYOND KARROT’S CONTROL. USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO VERIFY PRODUCT DETAILS.

KARROT HOLDS NO LIABILITY FOR DELIVERY ISSUES, ORDER DISSATISFACTION, OR DISCREPANCIES IN PRODUCT QUALITY. USERS MUST ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF THEIR DELIVERY DETAILS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PURCHASES ARE MADE AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION.

BY DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING KARROT APPLICATION YOU ACCEPT, AGREE AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT (SUPPORT@KARROTAPP.NET) BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY TRANSACTIONS.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & MANAGEMENT

TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON THE PLATFORM USERS MUST CREATE A DISTINCTIVE USERNAME AND A REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO MAINTAIN AND SAFEGUARD THEIR ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS, AND KARROT ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR MISUSE OF THEIR ACCOUNT.

TO ENSURE SMOOTH SERVICE DELIVERY, CERTAIN USER DETAILS (SUCH AS PHONE NUMBERS) MAY BE SHARED WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, INCLUDING SUPPLIERS TO MANAGE ORDERS.

USERS MUST LOG IN USING THEIR ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS TO USE THE PLATFORM SERVICES AND PRODUCTS AND PLACE ORDERS. GUESTS CAN DO SO BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER. USERS CONFIRM THAT THE PERSONAL DETAILS THEY PROVIDE ARE ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE WHEN REGISTERING. IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE ANY CHANGES VIA THEIR ACCOUNT SETTINGS OR BY CONTACTING US. ADDITIONALLY, USERS MUST NOT MISREPRESENT THEIR IDENTITY, PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION, OR USE UNAUTHORIZED NAMES DURING REGISTRATION.

USERS MUST NOT ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL OR UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING SHARING UNLAWFUL, ABUSIVE, OR INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT. VIOLATING ANY LAWS OR REGULATIONS. DISRUPTING OTHER USERS' EXPERIENCE. ATTEMPTING TO HACK, DAMAGE, OR GAIN UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM.

IF YOU WISH TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU MAY DO SO IN THE PLATFORM SETTINGS.

ORDER PROCESS

PLACING AN ORDER

TO PLACE AN ORDER, SELECT THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES YOU WISH TO PURCHASE AND PROCEED BY CLICKING THE "CHECKOUT" BUTTON. IT IS ENCOURAGED TO ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING, AS CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE AFTER CONFIRMATION.

ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, THE PLATFORM WILL BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. THE SUPPLIERS WILL REVIEW YOUR ORDER AND MAY CONFIRM OR REJECT THE ORDER (E.G., DUE TO ITEM UNAVAILABILITY OR OTHER REASONS). UPON SUPPLIERS CONFIRMATION, THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. IF THE PAYMENT FAILS OR IS NOT AUTHORIZED, YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED BACK, AND KARROT WILL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO FULFIL THE ORDER.

ORDER DELIVERY

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABILITY ON KARROT DEPENDS ON YOUR LOCATION. WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS AND ALLOW ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE LOCATION YOU WILL SEE THE SUPPLIERS OPERATING IN YOUR AREA. ORDER IS DELIVERED BY THE SUPPLIERS, OR THIRD PARTIES DELIVERY COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLIER. USERS SHOULD CONFIRM AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS FROM THE SUPPLIERS THAT THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE AS PER THE ORDER THEY HAVE PLACED. ANY MISSING, DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEM SHOULD BE INFORMED TO THE SUPPLIER AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS. THE SUPPLIER IS RESPONSIBLE TO REDELIVER THE MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM AGAIN WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES. IN CASE IF SUPPLIER DOES NOT REDELIVER THE MISSING, DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEM, CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTACT US BY EMAIL (SUPPORT@KARROTAPP.NET). KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT CUSTOMER REQUEST AFTER GETTING APPROPRIATE EVIDENCE.

DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND MAY BE AFFECTED BY FACTORS SUCH AS TRAFFIC, WEATHER, OR UNEXPECTED DELAYS. ORDERS ARE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT, WITH ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES RANGING FROM 5 TO 25 MINUTES BASED ON YOUR LOCATION. HOWEVER, ACTUAL DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO FACTORS LIKE ORDER VOLUME, DISTANCE, AND EXTERNAL CONDITIONS. TO AVOID MISSED DELIVERIES, ENSURE YOU OR AN AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER. MOREOVER, WE MAY NOTIFY YOU FOR ANY UPDATES THROUGH THE APPLICATION PLATFORM, ANY CHARGES ARISING FROM THIRD PARTY NOTIFICATIONS SHALL BE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

KARROT RADIUS ZONE AREAS

KARROT ORDER DELIVERY CHARGES ARE BASED ON 3 DIFFERENT RADIUS ZONE AREAS. EACH RADIUS ZONE AREA HAS ITS OWN DELIVERY CHARGES. THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR AN ORDER WILL BE ALLOCATED TO THE CUSTOMER BASED ON HIS PRESENCE IN ANY OF THESE 3 RADIUS ZONE AREAS. THE 3 DELIVERY CHARGES RADIUS ZONE AREAS ARE DESCRIBED BELOW:

FIRST ZONE AREA: APPLIES THE LOWEST DELIVERY FEES.

SECOND ZONE AREA: MODERATE DELIVERY FEES FOR SLIGHTLY FARTHER LOCATIONS.

THIRD ZONE AREA: MAXIMUM DELIVERY FEES FOR THE MOST FAR DELIVERY AREAS.

THIS UNIQUE FEATURE ENSURES YOU GET YOUR GROCERIES AT THE BEST POSSIBLE DELIVERY RATES BASED ON YOUR LOCATION. THE DELIVERY CHARGES SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICATION CAN BE ALTERED ANY TIME BY THE KARROT.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

ONCE THE SUPPLIERS ACCEPTS THE ORDER, THE CUSTOMER CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER OR REQUEST REFUND UNLESS THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO AN ISSUE CAUSED BY KARROT OR THE SUPPLIERS. IF AN ORDER CANNOT BE FULFILLED DUE TO THE CUSTOMER’S INCORRECT DETAILS OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER, KARROT MAY CANCEL IT WITHOUT ISSUING A REFUND. IF THE CUSTOMER IS QUALIFIED FOR A REFUND, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AS OUTLINED IN THESE TERMS. BY DEFAULT, THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMER'S KARROT WALLET. IF A CUSTOMER REQUESTS A REFUND TO THEIR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, IT WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDINGLY TO THE PAYMENT METHOD USED AT CHECKOUT. REFUNDS MAY TAKE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, WHILE INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS MAY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED WORKING DAYS BASED ON BANKING PROCEDURES.

IF SUPPLIER IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE DELIVERY DUE TO REASONS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL, SUCH AS NO ONE BEING PRESENT AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION, FAILURE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER, LOCATION IS UNIDENTIFIABLE OR NO SECURE PLACE TO DROP THE ORDER.

SUPPLIERS WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY ON CALL OR ANY METHOD AVAILABLE TO THE SUPPLIERS. IF THE DELIVERY REMAINS UNSUCCESSFUL, KARROT OR THE SUPPLIERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND USERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT. HOWEVER, IN SOME CASES WHERE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR A REFUND, ORDER AMOUNT MAY BE REFUNDED WITHOUT DELIVERY CHARGES. YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER AMOUNT EXCLUDING DELIVERY CHARGES, AS THE DELIVERY CHARGES HAVE ALREADY BEEN INCURRED BY THE SUPPLIER OR A THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLIER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE KARROT APPLICATION.

COUPON CODE AND DISCOUNTS

COUPONS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES ("COUPONS") PROVIDED BY KARROT ARE VALID ONLY FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OUTLINED IN THE PROMOTION AND CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS UNLESS SPECIFIED. COUPONS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH. THE USE OF A COUPON IS SUBJECT TO ANY EXPIRATION DATES OR USAGE LIMITATIONS, WHICH WILL BE CLEARLY STATED AT THE TIME OF THE OFFER. KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY ANY COUPON OR PROMOTION AT ITS DISCRETION. IF A COUPON IS APPLIED INCORRECTLY OR USED OUTSIDE OF THE TERMS, KARROT MAY CANCEL THE ORDER OR REVERSE THE DISCOUNT.

CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITIES

BY USING KARROT APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNT & INFORMATION ACCURACY

  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, AND UP TO DATE.

  • ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM INCORRECT OR OUTDATED INFORMATION IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

  • YOU MAY NOT REGISTER MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS UNDER THE SAME NAME OR IMPERSONATE ANOTHER PERSON.

ACCEPTABLE USE & PLATFORM CONDUCT

WHILE USING KARROT, YOU AGREE NOT TO:

  • SHARE, UPLOAD, OR DISTRIBUTE INAPPROPRIATE, OFFENSIVE, UNLAWFUL, OR HARMFUL CONTENT (E.G., THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OR MISLEADING INFORMATION).’

  • ENGAGE IN HARASSMENT, ABUSE, OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS OTHER USERS OR KARROT’S SUPPORT STAFF.

  • VIOLATE ANY LAWS, REGULATIONS, OR AGREEMENTS APPLICABLE TO YOUR JURISDICTION.

  • TAMPER WITH, ALTER, OR MISUSE THE PLATFORM'S SOFTWARE OR SECURITY.

  • USE THE PLATFORM FOR UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES (E.G., ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONS, SURVEYS, OR CHAIN LETTERS).

  • ATTEMPT TO GAIN UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ACCOUNTS, SYSTEMS, OR RESTRICTED AREAS OF THE PLATFORM.

  • UPLOAD OR TRANSMIT VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR HARMFUL FILES THAT COULD DAMAGE KARROT OR OTHER USERS' SYSTEMS.

USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSACTIONS & ORDERS

  • ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID USING A VALID PAYMENT METHOD. IF USING A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, IT MUST BE YOURS OR USED WITH THE CARDHOLDER’S PERMISSION.

  • SERVICE FEES AND ORDER PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT CHECKOUT. FOR NON-PAYMENT ORDER CANNOT BE PROCEEDED.

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS

  • MINORS MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO USE THE PLATFORM.

  • PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND SUPERVISING MINORS' ACTIVITIES ON KARROT.

KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MONITOR ACTIVITY, RESTRICT ACCESS, TERMINATE ACCOUNTS, OR TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF ANY OF THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE VIOLATED.

KARROT’S RIGHTS

KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MANAGE, MODIFY, RESTRICT, OR DISCONTINUE PLATFORM OPERATIONS AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION. BY USING KARROT, USERS ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS REGARDING THE PLATFORM’S AUTHORITY:

1. PLATFORM OPERATION & SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • KARROT MAY TEMPORARILY SUSPEND OR PERMANENTLY DISCONTINUE PLATFORM OPERATIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

  • USERS UNDERSTAND THAT KARROT HOLDS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

  • WHILE KARROT STRIVES TO MAINTAIN HIGH SERVICE AVAILABILITY, THE PLATFORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AS FACTORS SUCH AS MAINTENANCE, TECHNICAL ISSUES, OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY AFFECT OPERATIONS.

  • SERVICE MODIFICATIONS: KARROT MAY INTRODUCE NEW SERVICES, REMOVE EXISTING ONES, OR CHANGE FREE SERVICES INTO PAID ONES AT ITS DISCRETION.

2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & USER ACCESS

  • USERNAMES AND MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS ARE SELECTED AND MAINTAINED BY REGISTERED USERS, AND KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT OR SUSPEND USER ACCESS FOR SECURITY REASONS OR VIOLATIONS OF PLATFORM POLICIES.

  • IF DEEMED NECESSARY, KARROT MAY PREVENT USERS FROM CREATING NEW ACCOUNT OR USING OLD ONES INDEFINITELY.

  • USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECURITY OF THEIR ACCOUNTS. ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR BREACH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE IS THE USER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

3. SERVICE PERFORMANCE & RELIABILITY

  • KARROT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

    • SERVICES WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME, SECURELY, OR WITHOUT ERRORS.

    • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM PLATFORM USE WILL BE COMPLETELY ACCURATE AND RELIABLE.

  • WHILE EFFORTS ARE MADE TO ENHANCE SERVICE RELIABILITY, KARROT HOLDS NO LIABILITY FOR OPERATIONAL FAILURES, INACCURACIES, OR SERVICE DISRUPTIONS.

4. DATA MANAGEMENT, STORAGE & BACKUPS

  • KARROT MAY BACK UP OR DELETE ANY USER-PROVIDED FILES, MESSAGES, OR DATA AT ITS DISCRETION.

  • THE PLATFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST DATA DUE TO SYSTEM FAILURES, STORAGE LIMITATIONS, OR MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES. USERS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP THEIR OWN BACKUPS OF IMPORTANT DATA.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • ALL INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, DESIGNS, GRAPHICS, AND DOCUMENTS DEVELOPED OR ACQUIRED BY KARROT REMAIN THE SOLE PROPERTY OF THE PLATFORM.

  • USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY CONTENT THEY UPLOAD (E.G., REVIEWS, MESSAGES, SHARED FILES) MAY BE USED BY KARROT FOR INTERNAL PURPOSES, REPOSTED, OR SHARED WITHIN THE PLATFORM.

  • USERS SHALL NOT DEMAND ROYALTIES OR COMPENSATION FOR ANY CONTENT UPLOADED TO THE PLATFORM.

6. ORDER LIMITATIONS & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • KARROT’S RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO FACILITATING ORDERS BASED ON AVAILABLE STOCK FROM SUPPLIERS.

  • IF AN ORDERED ITEM BECOMES UNAVAILABLE, THE SUPPLIER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING THEIR MENU AND ENSURING AVAILABILITY. KARROT HOLDS NO LIABILITY FOR UNDELIVERED ITEMS DUE TO SUPPLIER STOCK ISSUES.

  • IN CASE OF INCORRECT PRICING OR PRODUCT DETAILS, KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND THE ORDER AT ITS DISCRETION.

USER CONTENT

WHEN CUSTOMERS RECEIVES THEIR ORDER, THEY CAN SUBMIT THEIR REVIEWS BY COMPLYING WITH THE BELOW GUIDELINES:

· REVIEW’S MUST BE BASED ON REAL EXPERIENCES WITH THE SUPPLIERS, ENSURING AUTHENTICITY AND RELIABILITY.

· REVIEWS MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND CONSTRUCTIVE. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CONTENT THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE, OFFENSIVE, UNLAWFUL, OR HARMFUL. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, CONTENT THAT IS THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OR MISLEADING. SPAM, REPETITIVE CONTENT, OR REVIEWS CONTAINING UNNECESSARY OR MISLEADING INFORMATION ARE NOT ALLOWED.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR REVIEWS. ENSURE THAT YOUR REVIEWS COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND ANY APPLICABLE LAWS.

TERMINATION BY KARROT

KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND, RESTRICT, OR PERMANENTLY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT, ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM, AND USE OF SERVICES AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THIS INCLUDES THE ABILITY TO DENY ACCESS TO ANY ORDER PLACEMENT, DELIVERY SERVICE, OR RELATED FEATURES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

1. GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, OR ACCOUNT DELETION

YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE SUSPENDED, RESTRICTED, OR TERMINATED FOR VARIOUS REASONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

A. VIOLATION OF TERMS & POLICIES

  • ANY BREACH OF KARROT’S TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE POLICIES MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR PERMANENT TERMINATION.

  • REPEATED FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PLATFORM RULES, GUIDELINES, OR OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES CAN LEAD TO RESTRICTED ACCESS OR DELETION OF THE ACCOUNT.

B. UNACCEPTABLE OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR

  • ENGAGING IN ANY FRAUDULENT, ABUSIVE, OR UNETHICAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • PLACING FAKE OR MISLEADING ORDERS.

    • MANIPULATING REVIEWS, RATINGS, OR FEEDBACK SYSTEMS.

    • HARASSING, THREATENING, OR ABUSING OTHER USERS, SUPPLIERS, OR KARROT SUPPORT STAFF.

    • USING OFFENSIVE, DISCRIMINATORY, OR UNLAWFUL LANGUAGE IN COMMUNICATIONS ON THE PLATFORM.

  • ANY ATTEMPT TO DISRUPT, INTERFERE WITH, OR EXPLOIT THE PLATFORM’S OPERATIONS, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES.

C. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS & MISUSE

  • USING ANOTHER PERSON’S ACCOUNT OR PAYMENT INFORMATION WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

  • ENGAGING IN ANY FORM OF HACKING, ILLEGAL DATA ACCESS, OR SECURITY VIOLATIONS THAT THREATEN THE INTEGRITY OF KARROT’S SYSTEMS, DATA, OR NETWORK.

  • UNAUTHORIZED USE OF KARROT’S SERVICES FOR COMMERCIAL, ADVERTISING, OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT.

D. LEGAL & COMPLIANCE ISSUES

  • VIOLATING ANY APPLICABLE LOCAL, NATIONAL, OR INTERNATIONAL LAWS WHILE USING THE PLATFORM.

  • ENGAGING IN FRAUD, IDENTITY THEFT, MONEY LAUNDERING, OR OTHER ILLEGAL FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES THROUGH KARROT.

2. NOTIFICATION & RIGHT TO RESPOND

  • WHERE APPROPRIATE, KARROT WILL NOTIFY USERS BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION RELATED TO SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION, OR TERMINATION.

  • YOU MAY BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLAIN YOUR POSITION OR ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS RAISED BY KARROT BEFORE A FINAL DECISION IS MADE.

  • HOWEVER, IN SEVERE CASES INVOLVING FRAUD, SECURITY RISKS, OR LEGAL VIOLATIONS, KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

3. EFFECT OF TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

  • IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED, YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS TO YOUR ORDER HISTORY, SAVED PREFERENCES, AND ANY ONGOING TRANSACTIONS.

  • ANY PENDING ORDERS MAY BE CANCELED AT KARROT’S DISCRETION, AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY WILL BE DETERMINED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

  • KARROT BEARS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

4. KARROT’S SOLE DISCRETION

  • KARROT RETAINS THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO DETERMINE WHEN, WHY, AND HOW AN ACCOUNT MAY BE SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED.

  • ANY DECISION MADE BY KARROT REGARDING ACCOUNT TERMINATION IS FINAL AND CANNOT BE CONTESTED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.


CONSTRAINTS ON NON-PRIVATE AND NON-BUSINESS-RELATED ACTIVITIES

BY ACCESSING AND USING KARROT, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

1. PLATFORM CONTENT FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

  • ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, GRAPHICS, TEXT, SOFTWARE, IMAGES, VIDEOS, REVIEWS, AND ANY OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON KARROT (THE "PLATFORM CONTENT") ARE STRICTLY INTENDED FOR PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE.

  • USERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM:

    • COPYING, REPRODUCING, DISTRIBUTING, MODIFYING, DISPLAYING, OR PERFORMING ANY PART OF THE PLATFORM CONTENT FOR COMMERCIAL GAIN.

    • REPUBLISHING, RETRANSMITTING, OR OTHERWISE EXPLOITING CONTENT IN ANY UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL CAPACITY.

    • USING AUTOMATED TOOLS SUCH AS BOTS, SCRAPERS, OR CRAWLERS TO EXTRACT DATA FROM THE PLATFORM FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

2. PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL USE & LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE OF KARROT’S CONTENT, SERVICES, OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MAY RESULT IN SEVERE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, AND OPERATIONAL CONSEQUENCES. SUCH VIOLATIONS MAY CAUSE SERVER FINANCIAL REPERCUSSIONS.

  • AS A RESULT, KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT INJUNCTIVE RELIEF TO PREVENT FURTHER MISUSE OF CONTENT.

    • MONETARY DAMAGES, PENALTIES, AND LEGAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE VIOLATION.

    • TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS RESTRICTIONS FOR USERS FOUND IN BREACH OF THIS POLICY.

3. ENFORCEMENT OF CONTENT PROTECTION RIGHTS

  • KARROT TAKES THE PROTECTION OF ITS CONTENT, BRAND, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SERIOUSLY AND MAY ACTIVELY MONITOR AND ENFORCE COMPLIANCE.

  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION OF PLATFORM CONTENT MAY BE SUBJECT TO DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICES, COPYRIGHT CLAIMS, AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

  • USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT KARROT HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE IMMEDIATE LEGAL AND TECHNICAL MEASURES TO PREVENT, STOP, OR MITIGATE ANY UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE.

REFUND

1. COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

AT KARROT, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. WE STRIVE TO ENSURE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. HOWEVER, IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER, OUR TEAM IS HERE TO ASSIST YOU PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. FOR ANY ASSISTANCE YOU SHOULD CONTACT KARROT SUPPORT TEAM (SUPPORT@KARROTAPP.NET)

  • OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR COMPLAINT AND PROVIDE A RESOLUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES OUTLINED IN THE ORDER CANCELLATION SECTION OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&CS).

  • IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER, THE SUPPLIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REIMBURSING YOU BASED ON THEIR OWN REIMBURSEMENT POLICIES. THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE FOR THE MISSING ITEM ONLY AND NOT THE ENTIRE ORDER.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

REFUNDS MAY BE CONSIDERED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS: IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEMS OR YOUR ORDER IS INCOMPLETE.

  • DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS: IF THE ITEMS DELIVERED ARE EXPIRED, DEFECTIVE, OR IN POOR CONDITION.

  • FAILED DELIVERY: IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO REASONS BEYOND YOUR CONTROL (E.G., LOGISTICAL ISSUES OR SUPPLIER UNAVAILABILITY).

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN CASES WHERE:

  • THE ISSUE ARISES DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER (E.G., WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS).

  • THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY, BUT THE USER CHANGED THEIR MIND.

  • THE USER FAILED TO RESPOND TO THE DELIVERY AGENT, LEADING TO AN UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY.

3. REFUND PROCESSING & TIMELINES

  • APPROVED REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD USED DURING CHECKOUT.

  • REFUND PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE PAYMENT PROVIDER, BANK, OR SUPPLIER POLICIES.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. CONTACT KARROT’S VIA EMAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

  2. PROVIDE RELEVANT DETAILS, INCLUDING ORDER ID, ISSUE DESCRIPTION, AND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE (IF APPLICABLE).

  3. OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND INITIATE AN INVESTIGATION WITH THE SUPPLIER.

  4. ONCE THE REVIEW IS COMPLETE, WE WILL INFORM YOU OF THE RESOLUTION AND PROCESS YOUR REFUND IF APPLICABLE.

5. FINAL DECISION & POLICY UPDATES

  • KARROT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE OR DENY REFUND REQUESTS BASED ON ITS REVIEW AND VERIFICATION PROCESS.

  • THIS REFUND GUIDELINE MAY BE UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW IT PERIODICALLY FOR ANY CHANGES.

PAYMENTS

ONCE THE ORDER IS ACCEPTED BY THE SUPPLIER, THE CUSTOMER (KARROT ACCOUNT HOLDER) HAS ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT THAT WILL BE FULFILLED BY THE SUPPLIER. THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE SHOWN IN THE CHECKOUT ALONG WITH ALL RELATED CHARGES. SUPPLIER IS RESPONSIBLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER TO THE CUSTOMER LOCATION, DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED BASED ON WHICH RADIUS ZONE AREA THE CUSTOMER IS PRESENT. THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT SHALL BE PAID FULL BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCEEDED. KARROT ACCEPTS ONLY ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD AND CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) IS NOT AVAILABLE.

IN CASE IF ITEM RUN OUT OF STOCK AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE SUPPLIER. THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED BY THE SUPPLIER WITHOUT THE OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM. CUSTOMER SHALL CONTACT KARROT SUPPORT TEAM THROUGH EMAIL (SUPPORT@KARROTAPP.NET) REGARDING THE ITEM THAT WAS NOT RECEIVED DUE TO STOCK OUT. KARROT SUPPORT TEAM WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE EVIDENCE,

IF THE CUSTOMER IS QUALIFIED FOR A REFUND FOR THE MISSING ITEM, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AS OUTLINED IN THESE TERMS. BY DEFAULT, THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMER'S KARROT WALLET. IF A CUSTOMER REQUESTS A REFUND TO THEIR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, IT WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDINGLY TO THE PAYMENT METHOD USED AT CHECKOUT. REFUNDS MAY TAKE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, WHILE INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS MAY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED WORKING DAYS BASED ON BANKING PROCEDURES.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND ANY ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED IN YOUR ORDER SUMMARY BEFORE YOU CONFIRM PAYMENT. HOWEVER, IN SOME CASES WHERE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR A REFUND, ORDER AMOUNT MAY BE REFUNDED WITHOUT DELIVERY CHARGES. (REFER TO CANCELLATION OF ORDER)

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS (KARROT), ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS OR ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL YOU SUBMIT, POST, TRANSMIT, OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE THROUGH KARROT.

THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION WILL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND YOUR USE OF KARROT APPLICATION.

DISCLAIMER

KARROT OPERATES AS A PLATFORM THAT CONNECTS USERS WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE USE, AND OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT. KARROT DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OR AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES.

KARROT PROVIDES PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

KARROT SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH OUR PLATFORM. ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE MUST BE DIRECTED SOLELY TO THE RESPECTIVE SUPPLIER OR SERVICE PROVIDER, AS KARROT ONLY ACTS AS A FACILITATOR AND DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR THEIR OFFERINGS.

KARROT AS WELL AS CUSTOMER ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR FAILURE TO MEET OBLIGATIONS DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL ASSOCIATED WITH FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS.

**IF ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS DEEMED INVALID, ILLEGAL, OR UNENFORCEABLE BY A COURT OR OTHER AUTHORITY, SUCH PROVISION SHALL BE REMOVED OR LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT NECESSARY, SO THAT THE REMAINING PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN IN FULL EFFECT.

THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF KUWAIT. ANY DISPUTES RELATED TO THESE TERMS, OR THE USE OF OUR APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND RESOLVED BY THE COURTS OF KUWAIT.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE KARROT APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE APPLICATION, ACCESS ITS SERVICES, OR ENGAGE IN ANY TRANSACTIONS ON THE PLATFORM.
